Estonian registered Learjet 60 lost its cargo door on the flight fom Pulkovo (ULLI) to Roma Ciampino (LIRA). The safety investigation is conducted by Italian ANSV, Estonia is participating in investigation as state of register through accredited representative.

Danish registered Cessna C337F lost directional control while turning from the runway to taxiway C after landing. Aircraft exited the paved taxiway and collided with the taxiway light basement. The nose gear broke and collapsed, the front propeller and the belly of the aircraft sustained minor damage. The investigation is performed by ESIB, Danish AIB is participating in the investigation as state of register trough accredited representative. |

Piper PA 28-235 Cherokee crash-landed on field 3 nm East from EETU airport. During training flight the pilot reported to the loss of oil pressure, few minutes later engine failed. All three persons on board sustained minor injuries. The aircraft was seriously damaged. Accident is investigated by ESIB. |
Marine casualty safety investigations

Estonian Safety Investigation Bureau (ESIB) is cooperating with Maltese and Latvian investigative bodies in conjunction with the very serious marine casualty which happened in Estonian territorial waters on board Maltese flagged ship Kadri. Two crewmembers were injured of whom one died shortly afterwards. The safety investigation is conducted by Maltese Marine Safety Investigation Unit (MSIU), Estonian Safety Investigation Bureau (ESIB) and Latvian Transport Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau (TAIIB) are participating as substantially interested states. |
